Earth Week Eco-Fair 2010: Global Change, Local Action!

Earth Week Logo

9th Annual Earth Week Eco-Fair
Sunday, April 18th, 2010, 11am-7pm

Registration is still open, as long as we still have room.  First-come, first-served.  You know the drill.

If you, or someone you know, would like to have a table at the 2010 Earth Week Eco-Fair, please read and follow the instructions, and feel free to pass this along to interested parties.  Send registration questions to info@earthweek.org

Registration gives you one table space (approximately 10’x10’) at the 2010 Eco-Fair and listing on our website at EarthWeek.org

We kindly request a tax-deductible donation for each table space at the 2010 Eco-Fair, as this helps us cover the significant costs of putting on and advertising the Eco-Fair and Earth Week events.  We are currently asking for $50 from government and non-profit organizations, and $100 from businesses and other entities.  Since we pay to rent the tables we provide, if you need us to provide a table for you, we kindly ask that you cover this cost of $10.  For example, if you are a business, and would like us to provide a table for you, please remit a check for $110.  To reiterate, this is a voluntary, tax-deductible donation.  We'd rather have your presence than your money, but both would be grand!

Please remit donation (again, requested, and tax-deductible) for your table space and table (if required) according to the following instructions:
Write check to “Virginia Organizing Project”
Write in the memo line, “Earth Week”
Mail this to:
Earth Week
